Zach Ferry

Zach Ferry is a Senior UX Researcher at GoFormz since May 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the UX Research practice and supporting product managers and designers in making user-centric, data-driven decisions. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Researcher at Quorum, CX Researcher and Intern at WeWork, and Co-Founder of Tribe Innovation. Zach Ferry was also recognized as a student leader in innovation during the tenure as an Innovation Fellow at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Currently pursuing a part-time M.A. in Communication, Culture, and Technology at Georgetown University, Zach Ferry holds a BA in Government from William & Mary.
