Aja Shepherd

Aja Shepherd is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and production. Currently serving as Communications Manager II at GoFundMe since April 2019, Aja has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Communications Manager I and Communications Associate. Prior to GoFundMe, Aja worked at FOX 5 San Diego as a News Producer and Associate Producer, where responsibilities included leading production teams and managing the development of news segments. Aja’s career began at KGTV Channel 10 and KUSI Television, focusing on producing and assisting in news creation. Aja holds a BA in Mass Communications and Journalism from Xavier University of Louisiana and has studied at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
