Melanie Standage

Melanie Standage (Yost) currently serves as Communication Manager II at GoFundMe, a position held since September 2019, and has advanced from Communications Associate to Communications Manager. Previously, Melanie worked as a Producer and Story Producer at NBC News from August 2018 to November 2020. Melanie also has experience as Station Manager and News Producer at USDtv and held the role of Donor Relations Specialist at KSBJ Educational Foundation, where responsibilities included relationship development with media and community members, crafting newsletters, organizing donor events, and managing volunteer training for fundraising activities. Melanie holds an Associate of Arts degree from Coastal Alabama Community College and has further education from the University of San Diego College of Arts and Sciences.
