Monika Gilewska

Monika Gilewska has a diverse background in human resources and office management, currently serving as People Operations & Office Manager at GOG since January 2021, following roles including People Operations Lead and HR Operations Coordinator. Prior experiences include positions as Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Vivus Finance (PL) and HR & Payroll Specialist at Holiday Park Kownaty. Monika began their career at Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, holding the title of główny specjalista ds. HR, and later worked in various roles at Kredyt Bank and Bank Millennium. Educationally, Monika Gilewska holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's degree in Recreation and Tourism, both from Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomiczna w Warszawie.
