Richard Brock

Richard Brock is a Principal Engineer in Systems at Intelsat since January 2023, following a long tenure at Gogo, where Richard served in multiple engineering roles from November 2014, including Senior System Engineer and Senior Service Performance Engineer. Richard's responsibilities at Gogo involve monitoring services for up to 7500 active flights, ensuring connectivity for various services such as WIFI and video streaming. Prior to Gogo, Richard served as a Subject Matter Expert in the United States Marine Corps from March 2005 to April 2014, managing the operations and maintenance of satellite terminals for the 9th Communication Battalion. Richard holds a degree from Purdue University Northwest, obtained between 2016 and 2021, and attended the National Communication Training Center in 2013.
