Danielle Rutschilling

Danielle Rutschilling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, they started as a Behavioral Insights Intern at Engauge. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland as a Patient Service Representative and later as a Business Office Coordinator. Starting in 2014, Danielle joined OnShift, where they held multiple positions over the years, including Customer Success Associate, Implementation Specialist, Training Content Development Manager, Customer Success Product Operations Manager, and Director of Customer Onboarding & Enablement. Their most recent role was at GoGuardian, where they served as an Enablement Partner - Services and Support, starting in September 2021.
