Roberta Chapman, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roberta currently works at GoGuardian as a Foundation Account Manager. Prior to that, they held roles at Pear Deck, where they were a Customer Success Manager for both mid-market and small and medium-sized businesses. Roberta also worked as a Customer Success Manager at RangeMe, where their responsibilities included advising businesses on meeting Consumer Packaged Goods industry requirements, providing pricing recommendations, and instructing companies on effective marketing strategies. In addition, Roberta has experience in retail, having worked as a Sales Associate at Dillard's Inc., and as a Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom. Roberta also served as an International Community Assistant at Kent State University and worked as part of the Facilities and Concession staff at Porthouse Theatre.

Roberta Chapman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Walsh University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Their specialization during their MBA studies was in Business Administration and Management. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising at Kent State University from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Roberta Chapman has obtained several certifications.
