Nagini Indugula

Nagini Indugula has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nagini started their career as a Network Engineer at Sprint in 2004. Nagini then moved on to positions at CareerBuilder, where they served as a BI Datawarehouse Team Lead and later took on various Product Director roles, including Semantic Search and Email, Talent Network, and HCM Suite. Nagini also served as a Senior Product Manager, leading the development of Talent Network and Work@, CareerBuilder's social networking app. Nagini joined NCSA Next College Student Athlete as the VP and Head of Product and Design in 2018, a role they held until their transition to Upwork in 2020. At Upwork, they served as the Product Director for Talent Growth & Experience. In 2021, Nagini moved to Built In, where they took on the role of VP and Head of Product, leading the company's product initiatives. Most recently, in 2022, Nagini joined GoHealth as the VP of Product.

Nagini Indugula has a strong education background. Nagini first completed their BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1998 to 2002. Nagini then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University from 2002 to 2004. Later, Nagini obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained a certification in Social Network Analysis from Coursera.
