Nyvia Keene has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nyvia has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in organizational development, operations, and communications.
Nyvia began their career at the Department of Community Corrections as a Probation/Parole Officer from August 2001 to August 2004. Nyvia then joined the Charlotte-Mecklenburg District Attorney's Office as a Victim/Witness Legal Specialist from August 2004 to January 2007. Shortly after, they joined the City of Charlotte as a Detective, where they worked until 2014.
In 2014, Nyvia transitioned to the healthcare industry, joining AmerisourceBergen as a Patient Care Coordinator for a year. Nyvia then took on the role of Team Coordinator from June 2015 to May 2017, where they excelled in cultivating teams and improving procedures. Additionally, they served as an Interim Program Manager from October 2016 to February 2017, leading various activities related to annual reverification efforts.
Since 2017, Nyvia has been working at GoHealth. Nyvia started as an Agent Performance Manager, responsible for designing and implementing training and quality assurance programs. Afterward, they became the Organizational Communications Manager, where they effectively conveyed messages and implemented change initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, where they work closely with business leaders to improve team effectiveness and streamline processes.

Nyvia Keene obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 1996 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn (to be obtained in 2023), Strategic Partnerships from LinkedIn (obtained in 2021), Strategic Planning Foundations from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020), and Effective Listening from LinkedIn (obtained in 2019).
