Mayank Singhal

Mayank Singhal serves as the Associate Vice President of Operations Strategy & Analytics at IndiGo, having progressed through various roles since May 2017, including Director and Associate Director of Planning & Analytics. Mayank specializes in comprehensive manpower and fleet planning, crew and flight analytics, and the development of predictive models related to operational performance metrics. Prior experience includes managerial positions at FIS, focusing on business analysis, financial planning, and workforce management, as well as a role as a Senior Data Analyst at Convergys, where operational forecasting and client coordination were key responsibilities. Mayank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance & Statistics from Delhi University and a Master's degree from Karnataka State Open University.
