Kim Goetzke

Kim Goetzke has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

In 2010, Goetzke worked as a Consulting Intern at the German-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce.

From 2014 to 2016, Goetzke worked at Yieldify as a QA/Technology and Product Manager and later as the Head of Business Change. They were part of the senior executive team and led a small team of analysts and project managers.

From 2016 to 2021, Goetzke worked at Growth Street, starting as the Head of Operations and later becoming the Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director. Growth Street was an FCA regulated peer-to-peer lender that provided working capital facilities to UK SMEs.

From 2021 to 2023, Goetzke was a Partner at Blissgrowth, a startup studio and early-stage investor. They focused on corporate/legal, finance, and operational matters and also provided interim CFO/COO support for studio-led ventures. Goetzke also established a profitable studio recruitment function.

Since 2021, Goetzke has been an Advisor & Investor at Screenloop. They have been responsible for hiring employees and supporting the company as an interim COO/CFO. They also played a role in raising funds for the company.

From 2023, Goetzke will be working as a Junior Software Engineer at Goji.

Kim Goetzke completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Management from Lancaster University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in European Studies from the University of Twente, graduating in 2011. Alongside their European Studies degree, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Administration from the University of Münster in the same year. Additionally, Kim Goetzke has acquired several certifications, including Java Backend Developer and Spring Security for Java Backend Developers from JetBrains. Kim also holds a Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA, although the specific month and year of completion are not available.
