Chirag Khurana began their career in 2016 as an Engineering Trainee at Indian Railways. Chirag then worked as an Operations Analyst at Mahindra Powerol. In 2017, they became a Technical Specialist at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). In 2018, they joined Capillary Technologies as an Associate Customer Success Manager for the APAC region. In this role, they managed the CRM and loyalty operations of retail clients worth an ARR of Rs. 3.3 crore. Chirag also implemented a self-registration webpage, ensuring the smooth onboarding and registrations of 100+ SMBs within 6 months of the launch of the webpage. Additionally, they implemented and executed a multi-channel AI/ML based campaign model targeting specific sets of customers. In 2021, they became a Senior Associate, Customer Success for the North and West India and Bangladesh regions. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at GoKwik, leading the engagement of 9 retail clients (worth an ARR of Rs. 6.5 Crore) in the North India and Bangladesh regions.
Chirag Khurana completed their high school education at Manav Sthali School in India from 2000 to 2014, where they studied Science. Chirag then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering/Industrial Management from Delhi College of Engineering, which they completed in 2018. In addition, they hold a number of certifications, including a Product Expert Certificate (Engage+) from Capillary Technologies obtained in October 2021, a Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making certification from LinkedIn obtained in March 2021, a Customer Analytics certification from the University of Pennsylvania obtained in May 2020, and a Java certification from Coding Blocks obtained in March 2016.
