Vardhan Jain

Vardhan Jain has worked in various roles in the past 9 years. Vardhan started their career in 2013 as an Assistant Manager, New Projects at Mahindra & Mahindra, and was promoted to Deputy Manager, New Projects in the same company. Vardhan was part of the launch team of Marazzo, Mahindra's compact MPV launched in 2018. In 2018, they joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) as a Program Manager and was promoted to Senior Program Manager. In 2020, they moved to Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Program Manager, Strategy and Planning. In 2021, they joined Unacademy as an Associate Director, Program Management Office and currently works as an Associate Director - Program Management at GoKwik since 2022.

Vardhan Jain began their educational journey at De Nobili School in Maithon, where they completed their High School in 2006. Vardhan then attended Birla High School in Kolkata, where they studied Science from 2006 to 2009. Vardhan continued their studies in Mechanical Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in 2013. Afterward, they attended Indian Institute of Technology in Madras for a year in 2012 and Edinburgh Napier University in 2013. Finally, Vardhan Jain earned a Post Graduate Programme with dual majors in Operations and Marketing from Indian School of Business in 2018.
