Dr. Silpa Sweta Jena

Dr. Silpa Sweta Jena is an accomplished professional currently serving as Assistant Manager Process at Golcha Group since June 2021. With a strong background in mineral engineering, Dr. Jena holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, obtained in 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Teaching Faculty at Pabitra Mohan Institute of Technology, where Dr. Jena conducted theory and practical classes in subjects such as Mineral Dressing and Mining Geology.
