Carla Costa has extensive experience in quality assurance and production operations. Carla is currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Gold Coast Baking, Inc since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sweet Lady Jane as the Director of Production Operations from May 2021 to May 2023, and also as the Quality Assurance Manager from November 2017 to May 2023. Carla has also held positions at Zentis as a Quality Assurance Supervisor from March 2016 to November 2017, at Magnolia Foods as a Quality Assurance Supervisor from November 2013 to February 2016, at Del Real Foods as a Quality Assurance Supervisor from June 2013 to November 2013, at Mission Foods as a QA Tech III Document Control & New Product Coordinator from 2010 to 2013, and at SAC Laboratory as a Laboratory Supervisor from May 2005 to August 2010.
Carla Costa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from UNMSM, completing their education between 1998 and 2004.
