Mavis Dede

Mavis Dede has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Mavis is currently working as the Director of Compressed Air Centre Ltd, a leading distributor of compressed air products. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for Funding Alternative and Gold Standard Phantoms. Mavis also has experience in executive search as the Senior Consultant and Head of HR Executive Search at SearchLab. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Regional HR Business Partner at QNB Group, Senior Human Resources Officer at Credit Agricole CIB, Human Resources Officer at Calyon Investment Bank, and Human Resources Advisor at Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank. Mavis began their career as a PA to the Director of Human Resources at Credit Lyonnais. Overall, Mavis Dede has demonstrated expertise in various areas of HR, including recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation, and employee relations.

Mavis Dede completed their A-Levels in English, Italian, and German at James Allen's Girls' School from 1993 to 1994. Mavis then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London from 1997 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Birkbeck, University of London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology from 2003 to 2006.
