In 2008, they were appointed Director of Operations & Development, U.S. at Danku Netherlands BV and also served as a Guest Speaker in Hospitality Management at the Institute of Culinary Education. In 2009, they became a Managing Partner at Koenig Restaurant Concepts LLC. In 2010, they were appointed Director of Operations at Just Salad, LLC. Finally, in 2018, they became VP Business Development at Goldbelly.
