Liana Picinich

Liana Picinich has extensive work experience in customer experience. Liana began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager - Women's & BP Shoes at Nordstrom. Liana then moved to Rent The Runway in 2015, where they held the roles of Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Manager of Customer Experience, Senior Team Lead - Customer Experience, and Team Lead - Customer Experience. In 2020, they joined Goldbelly as Director of Customer Experience.

Liana Picinich received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and then went on to receive an M.B.A. in Finance from the same university.
