William Santiago Jr. has a diverse work experience in various organizations. From 2013 to present, they have been with Goldbelt Falcon, LLC, initially starting as a Program Manager and later advancing to Sr. Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2012, William worked with The Bionetics Corp. as a Program Management Team Member and Technical Writer/Quality Assurance. From 2007 to 2012, they served in the United States Air Force, first as the Metrology Lab Evaluation Team Superintendent and later as the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Flight Chief. William also worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2003 as a Translator, leading a specialist linguist team.
William Santiago Jr. began their education in 2007 with the United States Air Force, where they obtained two Associates degrees. The first degree was in Electronic System Technology, and the second degree was in Avionic System Technology. In addition to their formal education, William also obtained several certifications in 2007. William became a Certified Calibration Technician through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). William also completed a course in ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Lead Assessor from ACLASS. Furthermore, they received a certification in Root Cause Analysis from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
