Jeff de Leon

Jeff de Leon is an accomplished operations management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as EVP at the Procurement and Supply Institute of Asia since January 2023, Jeff also holds the position of VP of Operations at GOLDEN ABC since October 2012. Previous roles include AVP of Procurement & Real Estate at Sun Life Financial and Head of Logistics and Procurement at Globe Telecom. Jeff's career began at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as a Senior Director in Supply Chain and Operations Management, with additional experience at Chevron as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for the AMEA region. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, obtained between 1978 and 1983.
