Justin Nickelberry

Justin Nickelberry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Justin is currently working at Golden Bolt LLC as a Sr. Operations Manager, where they oversee operations and is responsible for fulfilling managerial duties. Prior to this, they worked at Creative Co-Op, Inc. as a DC Fulfillment Manager and an Operations Supervisor. In these roles, they managed fulfillment operations and supervised the overall operations of the company. Before that, Justin worked at Kirkland's as an Ecommerce Operations Supervisor, where they supervised the inbound flow of containers and assisted with unloading processes. Justin also worked at Lamberts Coffee Service as a Manufacturing Manager, responsible for running day-to-day operations and ensuring production quality and on-time shipping. Their earlier experience includes working at hhgregg as a Warehouse Supervisor, where they provided guidance and direction to the workforce, developed a positive workplace climate, and managed projects to improve safety and efficiency.

Justin Nickelberry attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Justin also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in May 2020.
