Janice Lin

Janice Lin is an accomplished operating executive with extensive experience in sourcing and procurement across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Operating Executive at Golden Gate Capital since June 2019 and a Board Member at DMC POWER since April 2024, Janice has previously held significant roles at GE Aviation, where leadership was provided for the Global Sourcing and Procurement function, and Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included directing global sourcing and procurement across multiple business groups. Janice's earlier positions include various senior roles at Ford Motor Company and A.T. Kearney, contributing to product development, corporate strategy, and client engagements at Fortune 50 companies. Janice holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BSE from the University of Michigan.
