Marcellus Jasper

Marcellus Jasper has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving in the Procurement - Contracts role at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District since July 2019, Marcellus is responsible for planning, organizing, reviewing, and preparing contracts, as well as evaluating RFPs and RFQs. Prior to this, Marcellus held various positions at Plastikon Industries Inc from June 2011 to July 2019, culminating as Sr. Purchasing Manager, overseeing a $60M+ annual spend and contributing to strategic global sourcing efforts. Earlier roles at Aisin Electronics Inc included Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing all operations for a multi-site manufacturing setup, and Purchasing/Production Control Manager, focusing on contracts and supply security. Marcellus holds a degree in Sociology from Cal State Hayward University.
