Trudy Garber

Director, Park Projects & Design at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy

Trudy Garber has extensive work experience in the field of park projects and design. Trudy is currently working as the Director of Park Projects & Design at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Prior to this, they worked at The Trust for Public Land for 11 years, where they held various roles including Senior Program Manager, Project Manager, and Field Representative. In 2010, they worked as a Researcher at Haath Mein Sehat (HMS India). Trudy also has experience as a Summer Associate at Public Architecture, and as a Fresh Kills Landfill Intern at NYC Department of Parks & Recreation. Additionally, Trudy worked at PWP Landscape Architecture as a Model Maker, Image Library Manager, and Intern Designer from 2004 to 2006.

Trudy Garber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 2003. Trudy pursued their education further at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (MLA) and City Planning (MCP) between 2006 and 2010.
