Rossella Carrara

Rossella Carrara is a highly experienced product development manager with a demonstrated history in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the RTW W/M/KIDSWEAR Product Development Manager at Golden Goose since March 2022, Rossella oversees product development and R&D for womenswear, menswear, and kidswear, collaborating closely with design and merchandising teams. Prior to this role, Rossella was with NEIL BARRETT from January 2018 to March 2022, coordinating the design team and managing both womenswear and kids collections. Earlier experience includes serving as the RTW WOMENSWEAR Product Development Manager at Ports 1961, supporting the creative director in early European collections, and working as a fashion and graphic designer at GUESS?, Inc. Rossella's career began as a product manager's assistant at Marlys. Rossella holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Politecnico di Milano.
