Bhavin Patel

Bhavin Patel has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Bhavin started their career as a Production Finance Intern at Viacom in 2012, where they gained exposure to various business aspects and managed budgets. Bhavin then interned as a Finance and Accounting Intern at Tremor Video in 2013, where they performed general ledger account reconciliations and assisted in accounts receivables.

In 2014, Bhavin joined Golden Pear as a Financial Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and creating core financial statements, conducting ad-hoc financial analyses, and leading month-end accounting procedures. Bhavin effectively utilized Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and addressed special reporting requests from clients.

In 2015, Bhavin was promoted to Senior Associate at Golden Pear, where they continued to contribute to financial analysis and reporting. Finally, in 2017, they became the Vice President of Finance at Golden Pear. In this role, they provided end-to-end financial leadership support, including long-range planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Throughout their work experience, Bhavin showcased their expertise in quantitative analysis, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. Bhavin demonstrated proficiency in various financial software, including Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

Bhavin Patel earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Rutgers University - Newark, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In 2016, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from Kean University, completing their studies in 2017.
