Carlos Tena Romero

Carlos Tena Romero is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources spanning over eight years. Currently employed at GoldenRace since April 2021, Carlos focuses on sourcing talent for various locations including Sevilla, Málaga, Marbella, Colombia, and occasionally Turkey, while also enhancing HR department functions. Previous roles include IT Recruiter at AgioGlobal, where recruitment processes were established for TUI and other clients, and Talent Acquisition at PRODIEL, focused on recruiting for specific departments and photovoltaic projects.
