Juan Solis

Juan Solis, MBA, has a strong background in finance and management. Juan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, where they oversee all financial operations for a multi-specialty practice with over 60 physicians and 20 locations. Juan is responsible for managing accounting, financial planning and analysis, contracting, billing, and procurement. Juan is also a key member of the senior executive leadership team and serves as a strategic business partner to the Board of Directors.

Before joining Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, Juan held various roles at Adventist Health. Juan served as the Director of Finance from 2019 to 2023, where they were responsible for financial management and operations. Prior to that, they held positions as Administrative Director of Operations and Administrative Director of Physician Services.

Juan also has experience in the public sector, having served as the Director of Finance at the City of Gridley from 2018 to 2019.

Earlier in their career, Juan worked at HP as a Financial Analyst, where they gained valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Juan Solis, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Memphis in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from California State University, Chico between 2001 and 2006.
