Previously, Alison held various roles with Olympia Entertainment, including Guest Strategy Manager and Guest Experience Manager, where responsibilities ranged from developing communication strategies to enhancing employee engagement. Alison's extensive experience also includes key positions at Palace Sports & Entertainment as Senior Manager of Guest Experience and ESPN Wide World of Sports, focusing on volunteer operations and community outreach. With a Master's degree in Sport Administration and a Bachelor's in Sport Management and Business Administration from Central Michigan University, Alison has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills across multiple high-profile sports and entertainment organizations.
