Cristina Pandol Sotomayor

Cristina Pandol Sotomayor currently serves as the Executive Creative Director for Warriors Studio at the Golden State Warriors, a position held since November 2022, focusing on brand marketing. Prior to this role, Cristina was the VP Creative at Westbrook Media from May 2021 to November 2022, and has also worked as a design and brand consultant at Tiny Dino. Cristina's extensive background in creative leadership includes a tenure as Creative Director at Endeavor from January 2014 to November 2020, and previous roles at WME as Head of Design and Graphic Designer. Early career experience includes a position as Junior Graphic Designer at Guess?. Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, along with minors in Communication Design and Business Administration, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at The Wharton School. Additionally, Cristina completed a program for Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders at Yale School of Management in early 2021.
