Jessica Broker is a seasoned regulatory professional currently serving as a Regulatory Specialist at Golden Valley Electric Association since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Regulatory Manager at Doyon Utilities, Vice President at The Parkside Group, and various legal and legislative positions at organizations such as Jackson Lewis P.C. and the New York State Assembly. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Political Science from John Jay College (CUNY) and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Hudson Valley Community College.
