Peter Mondelli is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in project management and operations within the defense and energy sectors. Currently serving as the LRDR Functional Manager and Project Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, Peter oversees a $784 million facility and leads a team of 21 engineers and maintainers in support of the long range discriminating radar, critical to the US ballistic missile defense system. Previously, Peter held various roles at Golden Valley Electric Association, culminating in the position of Electric Shop Superintendent, where responsibilities included managing the reliability of gas-fired turbines and mentoring plant leadership in continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Peter has served for 30 years in the US Army, Army Reserve, and Guard, achieving the rank of Colonel and demonstrating strong leadership skills in training and deploying soldiers effectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Norwich University.
