Keota Xiong, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2005, Keota worked as an Accounting Technician at Merced School Employees Federal Credit Union until 2012. Following that, Keota served as a High School Bookkeeper at Modesto City Schools and then as a Campus Bookkeeper at Merced Union High School District from 2012 to 2015. Keota then worked as an Operations Manager at the University of California, Merced before transitioning to Dignity Health as an Operations Manager for a short period in 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Keota held various roles at Central California Alliance for Health, including Provider Relations Representative, Interim Provider Relations Supervisor, and Senior Provider Relations Representative. In 2021, Keota rejoined the University of California, Merced as an Assistant Regional Director and Small Business Development Center Director. Currently, Keota is the Director of Managed Care at Golden Valley Health Centers, starting in 2022.
Keota Xiong, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Walden University, which was completed in 2020. Prior to that, Keota earned a Bachelor of Arts (BBA) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University in 2016. Keota also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business from Merced Community College District, which was obtained in 2011. Additionally, Keota is currently pending certification from the Emerging Leaders Institute at Merced Community College District.
