Russ Aebig

Russ Aebig is currently the Chief Information Officer at Golden West Food Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at AlixPartners from 2018 to 2023. Russ also served as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management in 2017. From 2015 to 2018, they held the position of Managing Partner at New Day Management Group, Inc. Before that, they worked at IGATE as an Associate Vice President, where they played a significant role in positioning the organization as a leader in IT Services and achieved industry recognition for their mobile solutions. Russ also established and led a global advisory practice at IGATE to address critical CIO issues. Earlier in their career, they held various positions including Director at Artesient, Board of Advisors member at Inter-Act, and Senior Business Advisor at C-Change. Russ has a strong background in technology and has served on the board of various organizations, including the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. Russ started their career as a Senior Technical Architect at SHL Systemhouse in 1985.

Russ Aebig earned their MBA in Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they enrolled from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Regina, obtaining a BSc in Computer Science from 1980 to 1985. Additionally, Russ Aebig received certification as a Computer Information Systems Auditor from ISACA in January 2005.
