Savannah Williamson, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Savannah served as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Golden West Telecommunications from 2015 to 2017. In these roles, they directed all human resources and personnel activities, including recruiting and hiring, policy development, compliance with employment laws, performance appraisal programs, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Savannah also managed and administered centralized processes such as FMLA, Work Comp, Benefits, Safety, Wellness, EAP, Record Retention, Training, Employment Reporting, and HR Budgeting.

Additionally, Savannah served as the Director of Human Resources at Golden West Technologies starting in 2017. Their responsibilities in this position mirrored those at Golden West Telecommunications.

Savannah Williamson, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Criminal Justice, both obtained from the University of South Dakota between 2007 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Services & Sociology from Black Hills State University, finishing by 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from SHRM in January 2017.
