Mike Larsen

Mike Larsen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Golden Corral Corporation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held similar positions at Brown & Brown Insurance, where responsibilities included leading enterprise shared services teams to ensure system availability for a large-scale organization, and at 7-Eleven, where the focus was on IT infrastructure services for over 8,700 stores. Earlier in Mike's career, roles included managing infrastructure projects and teams at SouthTrust Bank, consulting on Microsoft technologies at Immedient, and providing strategic IT direction at Harris Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
