Alexander Gentea

Alexander Gentea is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently, Alexander serves as a Senior Software Engineer at GoldenTree Asset Management since March 2022. Previously, Alexander held positions as Interim CTO and Senior Software Engineer at Guardian Navigation, and as CEO at QuantumBadger. Notable contributions also include serving as CTO at both WeSpot and Secret Boston, as well as Head of Software Development at Solusi. Alexander co-founded docTrackr and played a vital role in defining its technical vision and architecture. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. Alexander completed additional coursework at the Cisco Networking Academy.
