Jamie McEvoy

Jamie McEvoy has extensive experience in environmental engineering, low carbon fuel, greenhouse gas reduction, sustainability, and air quality. They have been working with Golder since 2017, serving as a Senior Air Quality Engineer and Project Director. In this role, they provide strategic permitting advice, prepare compliance applications and emission reports, and perform atmospheric dispersion modeling. They also previously worked as an Air Quality Engineer and Project Manager for Golder in Ottawa, focusing on air emission permitting, assessments, modeling, and monitoring. Before joining Golder, Jamie worked as an Environmental Engineering Specialist at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada and as an Air Quality Specialist at Golder Associates. They have also worked as an Environmental Scientist at DJA Environmental Consultants Inc. from 2009 to 2011.

Jamie McEvoy attended the University of Waterloo from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a BASc degree in Environmental Engineering. In September 2013, Jamie obtained a certification as a Toxic Substance Reduction Planner from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change.
