Ana Kastrama

Ana Kastrama has over a decade of experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Head of Firmwide Compensation at Goldman Sachs since November 2010. During tenure at Goldman Sachs, Kastrama has also held the positions of Vice President, Associate, and Compensation Analyst within the Firmwide Compensation team. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Kastrama worked as an Analyst in Executive Compensation at Towers Watson from August 2009 to September 2010. Kastrama holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University, completed in 2009.
