Andrew Lee is an experienced professional in workforce analytics and recruitment within the technology and regulated industries. Currently serving as Vice President for Workforce Analytics and Hiring Strategy at Goldman Sachs since October 2019, Andrew has also held the position of Chief of Staff for the Tech Risk (Cyber Security) Division and served as an Experienced Hire Recruiter focused on engineering. Prior experience includes a role as Business Leader at Hamlyn Williams, where Andrew contributed to the company's mission of becoming a global leader in regulated industries, and a managerial position at Phaidon International, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for both Quant Analytics and Life Sciences teams. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Advanced Statistics and Research from Moravian University.
