Charlie Perkins is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and strategic HR management. Currently serving as an Executive Director and Human Resources Business Partner at Goldman Sachs, Charlie has also held significant roles such as Employee Relations Advisor and Head of Employee Relations in the British Army. Previous experience includes an internship as an HRBP at Barclays, along with various leadership positions in HM Forces, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Learning and Development Project Manager. Charlie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor of Arts in War Studies from King's College London.
