Louise Madden

Louise Madden is an experienced design leader currently serving as Executive Director (VP) Design at Goldman Sachs since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Service Design Lead at bp, Tribe Design Lead (Pay) at TravelPerk, and Founder of The Bunanti, a design-led home rental company. Additional positions held include Design Principal at NatWest Group, Design Team Lead at Royal Bank of Scotland, and Lead User Experience Designer at HeathWallace. Louise also worked as a User Experience Consultant and Lead UX Architect for Standard Chartered Bank, collaborating closely with development teams and users to create impactful applications. Louise's educational background includes a BSc in Business Information Technology from Queen's University Belfast, earned in 2005.
