Sharon Sun

Sharon Sun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management, currently serving as COO of Global Talent & DEI at Goldman Sachs since February 2022, where previous roles included Vice President positions in Firmwide Talent Strategy, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Transformation Strategy & Organization Design. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Sharon worked at Deloitte from October 2015 to January 2022 as a Human Capital Manager, advising Fortune 500 clients in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors on workforce challenges and implementing organizational change solutions. Sharon's career also includes experience at IBM Global Business Services as a Senior Consultant, providing change management support to federal agencies, and an internship at the U.S. Department of State. Sharon holds a BA in International Studies, Political Science, and Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
