Farfalla Borah

Farfalla Borah serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Goleta Water District and has a background in employee and labor relations, including roles such as Manager and Assistant Manager at UC Santa Barbara. Borah also has experience as a Whistleblower Coordinator and ADA Compliance Officer, as well as a Sexual Harassment Prevention Education Coordinator. Borah holds a J.D. from The Santa Barbara & Ventura Colleges of Law and a degree in Film Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
