Andy Newkirk is an experienced urban planner currently serving as Supervising Senior Planner for the City of Goleta since June 2016. Previously, Newkirk worked as a Contract Planner for an independent consulting firm, supporting the City of Goleta's Advance Planning Division with projects such as the Climate Action Plan and Housing Element Update.
