Efraín Aguado Chávez has worked in various roles since 1992. Efraín began their career as the Director of Strategic Planning at Servicios Electroestaticos y Soporte Administrativo SESA. During their time there, they created and implemented an Administrative-Operational Work System in accordance with ISO 9002:2000 guidelines, resulting in an increase in efficiency by 100% and a control of the variation of operating expenses by 3% of the program during the subsequent 5 years. In 2002, they became the CEO of ATech Solutions / Samsung Electronics Production Line, where they were responsible for the startup of the company, including the construction of the Production Site and Corporative Offices, as well as the hiring, training, and empowerment of team leaders, staff, and managers. In 2008, they became the Assistant Manager / Distribution Center Manager at Daewoo Electronics Corporation, S.A. de C.V. During their time there, they performed in-depth analysis and directed the operations team to LEAN, 5S, and Kanban, which yielded tangible improvements and an increase in the Distribution Center Fill-rate up to 98% by the end of the first six months. In 2013, they became the CEO of ALPRONSA, S.A. de C.V., where they provided new leadership and a strategically guiding organization to enhance shareholder value of the company’s services. In 2015, they became the COO Chief Operations Officer at NEOVIA LOGISTICS SERVICES, where they ensured on-target delivery of all the Inbound & Outbound operations of the primary in-house Walmart Dry Distribution Center. In 2016, they became the CEO Chief Executive Officer at CAD Import Inc., where they provided executive leadership for over $23 million Importer and Wholesaler infrastructure service provider B2B. In 2019, they became the Phil 7 Fulfillment Center Associate at Amazon, where they continuously led improvements for diverse areas as Outbound (SS / SM) and Inbound (ICQA / Stow). Three months after being hired, they received the opportunity to be trained and perform as an Ambassador and presented and Approved an initiative that all workstations (Outbound: Pack) were equipped with broom and dustpan (5s). In 2022, they became the Operations Manager at GOLO, LLC.
