Ava Xu

Ava Xu's work experience includes serving as an Associate - Product Specialist at Golub Capital since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DWS Group from 2020 to 2022 as an Analyst - Digital Client Experience, where they were responsible for developing and managing digital marketing materials, leading SEO strategic planning, and establishing the digital front end for stakeholder engagements. Ava also worked at DWS Group in 2019 as a Summer Asset Management Analyst, conducting fundamental analysis, reorganizing fixed income portfolios, and creating presentations on ESG investing. Before that, they served as a Summer Financial Analyst at Southwest Solutions in 2018, where they developed a business plan template, enhanced business mapping techniques, and conducted interviews for articles. Additionally, they gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Civitas Capital Group in 2016, a Chess Commentator at Liaoning Radio and Television in 2015, and a Summer Marketing Intern at Baidu, Inc. in 2013.

Ava Xu completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Studies and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from Duke University between 2016 and 2020.
