Ray Lam

Ray Lam has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994 with Chase, where they held roles as a Securities Lending Back office Specialist and a Global Payment Service Technical Analyst. In 1997, they joined Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, where they worked as a Senior Desktop Engineer and later as a Vice President, Service/Support Manager Trading Floor. In this role, Ray managed customer relationships and ensured a reliable desktop computing environment for various trading floors, including VIPs and executives. Ray also maintained uptime in disaster recovery facilities. Ray then moved to Tory Burch in 2015, working as a Manager of Client Services/Deskside Engineering and IT Operations. Currently, they are employed at Golub Capital as VP Executive Support and End User Experience.

Ray Lam attended New Jersey City University from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business.
