Ross Couto

Ross Couto has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Articled Assistant at Patel and Deodhar, specializing in internal and external audit across different industries. Ross then joined HDFC AMC as an Assistant Manager from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became an Assistant Manager- Private Equity at Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at The Citco Group Limited as a Supervisor- Private Equity and later became a Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Credit Analyst at Golub Capital, starting in 2022.

Ross Couto began their education at St. Stanislaus High School, where they studied from 1996 to 2006. Ross then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at the University of Mumbai from 2008 to 2011. Following this, Ross obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2013.

In 2010, Ross began their studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy in the field of Accounting and Finance in 2015. During this time, they also pursued a degree in Law, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2013 to 2015.

Ross continued their legal studies at Kishinchand Chellaram Law College (KC Law College) from 2016 to 2019, completing their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.

Furthermore, Ross has obtained additional certifications to enhance their expertise. Ross completed CFA Level 1 from CFA Institute in July 2022. In May 2020, they undertook the course "Understanding Financial Markets" at the University of Geneva. Furthermore, in April 2020, Ross completed the "Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling" course at The Wharton School.
