Ethan Fang

Ethan Fang is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the aviation and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Olo since October 2020, Ethan previously held the role of VP, Lead Product Manager at NYONair from October 2017 to September 2020, where strategic initiatives led to significant revenue growth and successful product launches. Notably, Ethan conceptualized a technology business at NYON that secured multiple SaaS agreements and drove a dynamic pricing feature resulting in substantial incremental revenue. Earlier experiences include a tenure as Director of Product Operations and Strategy at BLADE, where Ethan contributed to significant operational growth and product development, as well as founding MusInstitute, a digital music education program promoting arts accessibility. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Mathematics from NYU Stern School of Business.
